True worship is doing what is right
James 1:19-27
- By being: vv. 19-20
- quick to hear
- slow to speak
- slow to anger
- By putting aside: v. 21a
- all filthiness
- all that remains of wickedness
- By receiving the word: v. 21b
- in humility
- implanted
- which is able to save your souls
- By proving yourself: v. 22-27
- a doer of the word
- not merely a hearer
