1. Keep you from saying I am sorry
2. Keep you from forgiving
3. Keep you mad at God and others
4. Make you say things you don’t mean
5. Absolutely keep you apart from God
6. Ruin your marriage and destroys the friendship you once had
7. Keep you from doing the right things because you are worried about your self-image
8. Stop you from getting help
